statement of faith

We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God. (2 Tim. 3:16; 2 Peter 1:21) 

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (Matt. 28:19; Luke 3:21, 22; John 14:16, 26; 1 John 5:7) 

We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, in the conception of His body by the Holy Spirit and His birth by the virgin Mary, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. (Matt. 1:20-23; 2 Cor. 5:21; Matt. 11:15; 1 Pet. 3:18; Luke 24:36-40; Acts 1:9-11) 

We believe that due to sin man is in need of a Savior.

We believe that salvation is wholly of grace, conditioned upon repentance toward God and acceptance of Christ by faith.

We believe the Bible teaches that sanctification is the work of grace begun by the Holy Spirit at the moment of salvation and continues progressively until physical death, when it is completed in Christ's presence. We do not believe that it is instantaneous or subsequent to salvation as a second work.

We believe that the true "Church" is comprised of all believers everywhere.
